My computer broke! I need it working now. Can you help?

Yes, we can. We always strive to meet your computer needs in as little time possible. However in the case of an emergency, we offer on-site repairs and house calls (additional fees may apply).

We may also have PCs or laptops for rent. You will receive a $15 rental credit if we are repairing your PC. A typical PC system rental fee is $20 for the first day and $10 for each additional day up to $45 per week.


Do I need to give you my mouse, keyboard and monitor to fix my computer?

Normally we do not need any of these items, unless you feel it may be the source of trouble. If you have a desktop computer, we only need the main CPU box. It is very helpful if you have a set of CD/DVD that came with your system when first purchased.


Do you fix laptops?

Yes, we've worked on hundreds of laptops of all brands. Please bring along your power adapter and any CD/DVD that came with the system.


I am concerned about my privacy. What can I do?

We value the relationship we have with our customers and understand your concern. Let us reaffirm our pledge: We strongly believe in individual privacy and commit to responsible information handling. Everything concerning your computer files remains strictly confidential. We only deal with technical matters, not social ones. You have our pledge on this confidentiality.


Do you sell parts & accessories?

Yes, we currently maintain a small inventory of hardware that includes monitors, keyboards, scanners, NIC's, modems, printers and routers.


Do you make house calls?

Yes, if neccessary. We prefer to work at our location where we can commit more time to improving the performance of your PC. Various diagnostic programs may take longt time to complete. Note: Additional fees may apply to house calls. We do offer pickup/deliver service if it's more convenient for you.


Why are your fees relatively low as compared to the 'big guys'?

We are a family-owned business and aim to be your source for local computer repair. Oftentimes large corporations fail to provide the dedicated service and personal attention that we offer to each of our customers.

To keep our prices low, we keep our costs low with little overhead and a lot of help from a large community of friends and customers. At CMRS, everyone including the owner pitches in.

Do you accept credit cards?

Sorry, to keep down overhead cost, we are unable to accept credit/debit card. We do accept cash, personal checks & PayPal. There is a $5 fee for PayPal payment.


What if I am unsatisfied with your service?

We strive for service excellence. If you are not happy with our service, please let us know so we can make it right. We will work with you until you are completely satisfied.

We are located in Holland, Michigan but we also serve the nearby cities of Zeeland, West Olive and Grand Haven.
